Urad Dal Chilka (Split Black Gram)
Prepared from stone-grounding of locally grown Urad from dry lands of Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Adrish Urad Dal is a power house of iron and calcium. This is stone pounded and Hand pounded as well.
Seeds used are of indigenous variety and are sprayed with jeevamrut, dashaparni ark and various traditional organic sprays to avoid pests and insect attacks. The crop harvesting time is usually 40-50% higher than the hybrid counterparts, but that's definitely worth it!

Storage Instructions:
Store in cool & dry place. Transfer into an air-tight glass container on receipt. Apply some castor oil and put some red chillies to keep the pests at bay.
