Red Rice Poha
Red Rice Poha –
Adrish Red rice poha are made from organically grown red rice. Grains of red rice are simply steamed, rolled and dried. Red rice flakes have a delicious, mild nutty flavour and aroma with a light texture. Easy to use and fast cooking rice flakes are great for making a healthy and delicious breakfast. They are also great in a range of raw, baked and cooked recipes.

Recipe for Red rice Poha Porridge –
Ingredients:
a. Red Rice Poha – 1 cup
b. Water – 1.5 Cups
c. Milk – 0.5 Cup
d. Pink Salt, cinnamon and nutmeg as per taste
Method –
To make porridge, cook 1 cup of flakes in 1½ cups of water for a few minutes. Keep it stirring regularly. Some milk can be added for part of the water for a creamier and soft mix. When almost done, add a pinch of pink salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. One can also add raw honey in the dish from above to make it sweet.
Storage - Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration recommended in warm climates.
Suggestion - Wash them in strainer under running water instead of soaking them while making any dish.
