A2 Desi Cow Bilona Ghee –
Adrish Desi Cow Ghee is prepared using age-old Vedic method, also know as ‘Bilona’. It is made by warming the makkhan obtained from churning ‘Whole Milk Yogurt’ (entire milk is converted to curd & not just the cream) of desi cows. Ghee, Just as Lord Krishna loved it!
• A2 Desi Gir Cow Ghee, the golden elixir of Ayurveda is prepared using age-old Vedic method, also known as ‘Bilona’. Our Ancestors used to prepare Bilona Ghee at home through a painstaking process which left behind pure golden ghee with a rich aroma. Adrish Desi Gir Cow Ghee is made using this ancestral Vedic recipe. Farm fresh Milk of indigenous Desi Gir Cow breeds is used in the preparation of Desi Gir Cow Ghee and thus, is popularly known as A2 Organic Ghee. Desi Gir cow is native breeds and are freely allowed to be grazed.
• At the time of milking, first calves are fed and then due milk is procured for preparation of Desi Gir Cow Ghee. Farm fresh A2 milk procured from these desi Gir Cows is highly rich in A2 proteins and aids rapid brain development.
• Fresh milk is converted into Curd and then by churning it Whole Milk Yogurt, famously known as ‘MAKKHAN’ is obtained. Desi Gir Cow Ghee is prepared by warming Makkan at a very low temperature and thus keeping all the nutrients intact.
