Directions to Use -
1. Dilute 2-3 drops with a teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil or bathing water and massage gently on your skin.
2. Dilute 2-3 drops of the essential oil in water and use in the diffuser.
3. Perform a patch test on elbow and keep it for 30min. If irritation develops, discontinue usage.
